HOW IT WORKS
CONSULTATION CALL
This call can be done by video or phone. We will go over your health and injury history, current sport demands and future goals. This is where we figure out what the best program is for you based on your needs.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT
This is a virtual or in-person movement assessment to identify any gross asymmetries, deficits and imbalances. This assessment allows me to create a program personalized to you that can help prevent future injuries.
PERSONALIZED PLAN
Your workouts will be delivered right to your app and will reflect your sports season, position and physical needs. Depending on which program you choose, this may include strength, speed, conditioning, injury prevention/recovery and mental skills development.
ON GOING COACHING
You are not left to figure things out on your own. You will have full access to me to help answer questions and keep you on track. This may include more in-depth cueing for technique or adjustments based on a new injury. Your program will grow as you do.
