CONSULTATION CALL

This call is done by video or phone. We go over your health and injury history, current sport demands and future goals. This is where we figure out what the best program is for you based on your needs and what type of support you need.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

This is a virtual or in-person movement assessment to identify any gross asymmetries, deficits and imbalances. This assessment allows me to create a program personalized to you that can help prevent future injuries and maximize progress.

Your workouts are delivered right to your phone and reflect your sports season, position and physical needs. This is not a cookie-cutter program. It is designed for you specifically based on what you need to be your best.

COACH NOTE

Hey! 

Thanks for popping by. I believe that sports provide a unique opportunity to improve most aspects of our well-being, teach us valuable life lessons and be incredibly fun at the same time. 

As a life-long athlete, I have lived through the highs and lows that come along with athletics. After being side-lined for years from chronic pain, I decided to take matters into my own hands and become a trainer in 2007. 

I have now made it my mission to help athletes not only perform at their best but also get the most out of being an athlete physically and mentally.

I believe in building up strong, resilient young people who are also amazing athletes.
