Being pregnant and having a new born baby requires a lot of specific movements that you can actually prep and train for. Postural and core muscles are a huge focus when strengthening your body for the demands of child birth. Once your little one has arrived, we want you to get back to your old self as quickly and safely as possible. Certain delivery methods can limit what exercises you should and shouldn’t be doing immediately after birth. We always have you consult your Dr or OB before we proceed with any program.
