Ready to get fast?
Speed work is NOT conditioning. This will not be a non-stop, leg-burning, run-till-you-puke session. Speed changes can only be achieved when working at your 90-100% capacity. This can only happen when you have adequate rest between sets.
These sessions will not feel like a typical sports training session because they are aimed at improving max power output, not endurance.
If you're looking for the no-pain-no-gain style, this clinic isn't for you. But if you want to learn how to explode off the line, avoid contact, outrun your opponents and move more efficiently, then this clinic is for you.
