Dallas

Dallas was born to coach.

Growing up, she passionately played every sport available, making her a well-rounded athlete. She has played and coached competitive rugby for over seventeen years. 

Dallas became a trainer in 2007 and naturally progressed to focussing on athletic strength and speed. She wants to be the source athletes can trust to keep them on the field and healthy for as long as possible!
