Dallas was born to coach.

Growing up she passionately played every sport she could.

With over 13 years playing & coaching competitively, 15yrs training hundreds of incredible athletes, she brings veteran experience to her craft.

Still as dedicated and focussed as she was when she started, Dallas wants to be the source athletes can trust to keep them on the field and healthy for as long as possible!


Rikard is an athlete born & bred. 

Growing up in an athletic family, he's always lived the athlete life  Competing in Greco-Roman wrestling in Sweden for 20yrs, combat and contact sports are his thing!  Building strength is what he does best.

Rikard excels at helping clients work through their barriers, establish healthy habits that last and optimize their training program.  He is the coach that can see and push his athletes to their potential.

I saw significant improvement in my speed. My 40m sprint time dropped from over 6.0s to under 5.8s by the time I entered first year university.

I improved all my testing numbers including my 40m sprint, broad jump and triple jump.  Overall I feel stronger and have learned the proper way to do the movements.





Dallas helped me gain my confidence back after breaking my arm. I am no longer scared to try new moves because I know my body has the strength.

I have seen massive improvements in my speed and agility. I have dropped over a second on my 40m sprint time while putting on size for my position.


Dallas introduced me to the importance of building a strong muscular base and trusting that everything else will follow.
