TRX & RIP Training

Make your body your machine!  Designed by a Navy Seal Squadron Commander, TRX allows you to train dallas_ripdtrainer1anywhere.  We use Suspension training with our outdoor bootcamps and also work it into your regular workouts.  It is ideal for people recovering from injuries, with limited range of motion, starting exercise for the first time or training for a sport.  This gives us the freedom to train your entire body from anywhere we can.

RIP is the newest addition to the TRX family and is one of the best tools to work core, rotational stability and sports specific movements.  It can quickly fatigue the best athletes out there for a challenging, functional and very unique workout.
